When you join our classes and get into the groove, your heartrate goes up and the weight falls off. The routines are fun & electrifying but most importantly; effective. We create dance routines that are easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer. The ease of the routines allows you focus on dancing not exercising.
